Code of conduct

Guidelines and principles that define ethical conduct and responsible business practices within OEM International.

Sustainable development

OEM’s ambition is to promote responsible development for both society and business. The transition toward increased sustainability is seen as an opportunity that creates new business possibilities. To secure long-term competitiveness, it is not enough to simply follow external developments — OEM aims to stay one step ahead and actively contribute to shaping them.

Close collaboration exists between the Group’s companies, coordinated through a Sustainability Council consisting of representatives with extensive expertise from the larger companies within the Group. The ambition is to reduce negative environmental impact while maintaining sustainable growth characterized by strong business ethics.

Being an attractive workplace is also essential, as the knowledge and commitment of our employees are key drivers in advancing development towards a brighter and more sustainable future.

OEM’s sustainability work follows the Agenda 2030 framework and encompasses the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability. The UN Sustainable Development Goals form the foundation of the strategy, and to ensure long-term sustainability targets, sustainability is integrated into the Group’s strategies and business planning.

OEM is prepared for the CSRD directive and the ESRS reporting standards and continues to refine its priority areas — from Product to People and Planet.
