Product portfolio from leading suppliers

OEM International continuously works to develop its customer offering. This is achieved through close collaboration with leading suppliers, primarily in Europe, the United States and Asia, and by building competitive portfolios of high-quality products.

The foundation of the offering consists of standard products and systems, which are often customised through close cooperation between the customer and the supplier. At group level, products are organised into six overarching product areas, while individual business units apply alternative classifications based on their specific product portfolios.

Portfolio development

Broadening and developing the product portfolio is a key factor in strengthening competitiveness. This work is primarily carried out through the following initiatives:

• Collaboration with existing suppliers to expand partnerships across a larger share of the supplier’s portfolio and to cooperate on the development of new products.

• Establishing partnerships with new suppliers whose products complement the existing portfolio.

• Acquiring businesses that provide access to new product ranges or products that strengthen and complement the existing offering.
