OEM International has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Weingrill Srl, located in Pinerolo, Italy. Weingrill develops and manufactures screw-jacks as well as components such as cleaning systems, stretchers, and guides for the paper industry. The company employs 32 people and has annual sales of EUR 7.7 million, with more than half generated outside Italy. OEM also holds an option to acquire the remaining shares.

In february 2026 Ronnie Bergdahls Försäljnings AB was aquired. Bergdahls is a distributor of lighting and emergency lighting products in the Nordic market. The company, with its 17 employees, is based in Linköping and has annual sales of approximately SEK 50 million.

In february 2026 CRE8 Systems AS was aquired. The company develops and manufactures hydraulic power units and chemical injection systems for the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Together with its subsidiary Gexsys, the company has 35 employees and is located in Stavanger, Norway. The company has annual sales of approximately NOK 170 million.

Reason for the acquisition: Marks OEM’s entry into the offshore industry – broadening our market presence in Norway and creating opportunities for further future business.

In february 2026 Motion29 Ltd was aquired. The company is a distributor within the industrial automation sector and has annual sales of approximately SEK 13 million, with headquarters and warehouse in Blackwood, Wales.

In December 2025, OEM International acquired Multicomponent Norden AB. The company is a distributor of electronic components to electronics and equipment manufacturers across several sectors. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 120 million, with headquarters and warehouse located in Mölndal, Gothenburg.

Rationale for the acquisition: The product portfolio complements the existing offering of the subsidiary OEM Electronics well.

Type of acquisition: The operations are integrated into OEM Electronics AB.

In April 2025, OEM International acquired Vierpool BV. The company is a distributor of automation components to machine and panel builders, installers and system integrators within the Dutch industrial and logistics sectors. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 120 million. The headquarters are located in Maarssen, the Netherlands.
