Sale of JMS Systemhydraulik

OEM International has sold its entire holding in JMS Systemhydraulik to Specma Hydraulic AB that is a part of the mixed investment company Investmentbolag AB Latour. JMS Systemhydraulik has 54 employees and a sales shceduled to SEK 150 million in 2006 with a profit of SEK 15 million.

OEM report increased profit first half year

The profit of OEM International after net financial income increased with 14 % to 34,8 SEK million (30,5) compared with the same period last year. The turnover increased with 3 % to 412 SEK million (399) and the inflow of orders increased to 395 SEK million (404). The profit for the half year 2006 is 73,4 SEK million (59,3), an increase with 24 %. The turnover increased with 3 % to 804 SEK million (780) during the same period.

The Group’s turnover increased by 3% to SEK 393 million (381). Incoming orders climbed 24% to SEK 459 million (369). All company groups report incoming orders that surpass invoicing. Profit before tax escalated 34% to SEK 38.6 million (28.8).

12th of April 2006 OEM International AB acquires EIG spol.s.r.o. in Czech Republic. The company trades with components for industrial automation. The turnover is appr. 25 SEK million, profit appr. 4,5 SEK million with 12 employees.

OEM International’s profit continues to increase. The net profit after financial items for the fourth quarter 2005, increased by 66 % to 33,6 SEK million (20,2) Turnover increased by 3 % to 383 SEK million (372) and the incoming orders increased by 12 % to 396 SEK million (354). The profit after 12 months has increased by 38 % to 124 SEK million (89,3). Turnover increased by 8 % to 1 525 SEK million (1 406) during the same period. Cost of disposal and winding up of company increased the turnover by 13 %.

OEM International’s profit continues to increase. The net profit after financial items for the third quarter 2005, increased by 16 % to 30,7 SEK million (26,5). Turnover increased by 3 % to 349 SEK million (339) and the incoming orders increased by 4 % to 335 SEK million (323). The profit after nine months has increased by 30 % to 90,0 SEK million (69,5). Turnover increased by 7 % 1 129 SEK million (1 052) during the same period. Cost of disposal and winding up of company burdening the profit by 14 SEK million.

The profit of OEM International after net financial income increased with 43 % to 30,5 SEK million (21,4) compared with the same period last year. The turnover increased with 11 % to 399 SEK million (359) and the inflow of orders increased with 7 % to 404 SEK million (379). The profit for the half year 2005 is 59,3 SEK million (43), an increase with 38 %. The turnover increased with 9 % to 780 SEK million (713) during the same period. Liquidation costs of two companies charge the profit with 8,2 SEK million.

The profit of OEM International after net financial income increased with 33 % to 28,8 SEK million (21,6). The turnover increased with 7 % and the inflow of orders decreased with 1 %. Terminated companies affect the turnover with 17 SEK million, which makes that comparable units increased the turnover with 13 %. Turnover outside Sweden increased with 13 % and stands for 36 % of the group turnover. Liquidation costs of two companies charge the profit with 7,4 SEK million.

The electronic companies within the OEM group merge to form OEM Electronics.

OEM Component AB, Egevo Elektronik AB and Pronesto AB merge to form OEM Electronics AB.During 2004 these three companies turned over 240 MSEK between them. The object of the merger is to enable our customers to purchase more products from one company but also retaining our expert knowledge.
