OEM International AB acquires OK Kaapelit OY

OEM International is acquiring, through its subsidiaries OEM Finland Oy, all the shares in OK Kaapelit Oy in Åbo, Finland, with possessions from 03-11-2008. OK Kaapelit markets cable for industrial use. The company approximately has a turnover of 30 MSEK with approximately a profit of 5 MSEK.

OEM International AB acquires Elektro Elco AB

OEM International is acquiring all the shares in Elektro Elco AB in Bankeryd, Sweden with possession from 17-11-2008. Elektro Elco AB markets lighting products and material for electrical installations. Their own brand “Hide-a-lite” and the agency Legrand are the most familiar. The company, which has 35 employees, is expected to have a turnover of around MSEK 100 in 2008. In 2007, the company had a turnover of MSEK 92, with a profit before tax of MSEK 9.

Merger between Internordic Bearings AB and Indoma AB

OEM International’s two subsidiaries, Internordic Bearings AB and Indoma AB, are merging to form one company with the name Internordic Bearings AB. The new Internordic Bearings AB will have a turnover of approximately MSEK 110 and will offer one of the strongest ranges of bearings and gaskets on the market.

OEM International AB acquires Klitsø Processtechnic A/S

OEM International acquires all shares in Klitsø Processtechnic A/S in Denmark from 10 December 2007. Klitsø Processtechnic A/S sells valves and pneumatics, substantially to industrial customer in Denmark. The turnover 2007 is amounted to approximately 70 MDKR. 2006 the turnover was 63 MDKR, the profit before tax 4,7 MDKR and had 24 employees.

The board of director’s in OEM propose a share split and appr. SEK 154 million to the shareholders in redemption procedure

Due to facilitate the equity trading and change the company’s financial structure, the Board of Directors of OEM proposes a share split 4:1 combined with an automatic redemption procedure. Through this procedure the shareholders will receive three new shares and one redemption share, which will be redeemed for SEK 20. The proposal means that approximately SEK 154 million will be distributed to the shareholders, in addition to the proposed dividend distribution.

OEM acquires all shares in Crouzet AB

OEM International AB has acquired 50% of the shares in Crouzet AB from Crouzet Automatismes SAS, and thereby owns all the shares in Crouzet AB. Crouzet AB is active in the automation component sector and has 17 employees. The company had a reported turnover of SEK 51 million, and a profit of about SEK 3,5 million in 2006. SEK 18 million of the turnover was deliveries to OEM Automatic.

OEM reports stronger profit

Trading Group OEM International’s profit continues to climb. Profit after net financial items for Q3 rose 9% to SEK 33.5 million (30.7) compared with the same quarter last year. Turnover increased by 6% to SEK 369 million (349) while orders received climbed 8% to SEK 362 million (335). After nine months, the Group reports a 19% increase in profit to SEK 106.9 million (90.0). Turnover rose 4% to SEK 1,173 million (1,129) during the same period.
