The Board of OEM International has decided to change the company’s financial targets. The reason is that the market today is different than when the earlier targets were set, and that the company wants clearer targets for its result.

OEM International has today acquired Danish Scanding A/S. Scanding, with head office on Jutland, had a turnover of approximately 25 MDKK in 2013 and market flow components mainly for the process industry in Denmark.

OEM International´s subsidiary, OEM Automatic Poland, has acquired Conta-Clip distribution in Poland from ASE sp. z o.o. with a yearly turnover of approximately MSEK 5. Conta-Clip is a producer of electrical components from Germany.

OEM International has today acquired all shares in Nexa Trading AB. Nexa, with head office in Gothenburg, market products mainly in the Nordic countries for wireless control of lighting as well as products for security in private homes. The company had a turnover of approximately 52 MSEK in 2013.

Mikael Thörnkvist, today MD in OEM Automatic AB, will 1st April move to a new position as Vice President / Business Development in the parent company OEM International AB. Jens Kjellsson will be new MD at OEM Automatic AB, starting 1st April 2013. Jens is today Area Director for OEM in Norway, Denmark, UK and Central Eastern Europe.

OEM Internationals subsidiary in Great Britain, OEM Automatic Ltd, has today signed an agreement to acquire British Datasensor Uk Ltd with possession from 1st of December 2012. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 1,5 MGBP and markets sensors from Italian Datalogic in Great Britain. The acquisition will strengthen OEM Automatic’s product range and create conditions for continuous growth.

OEM International has the 23rd of October 2012 signed an agreement to acquire TemFlow Control AB in Stockholm. The company markets components and systems for monitoring pressure, flow and temperature in Sweden. TemFlow Control AB has an annual turnover of approximately 13 MSEK.
